Yes, RG was the MD of Laila Majnu but I don't know if he sang any song in the film. The film had two Amirbai, GM Durrani duets, one of which was of course Kya Sitam Hai Zulm Hai....

My question to you is, what work did he do after partition i.e. in Pakistani films....

This is what I found online:

"After partition, Rafiq Ghaznavi migrated to Lahore. Later, he moved to Karachi. In Pakistan, he composed music for director Ashfaq Malik’s film ‘Pervaaz’ and director Aziz Ahmed’s film ‘Mandi.’ Next, he joined Radio Pakistan and dedicated himself whole-heartedly to the cause of Radio programs."

Thanks Aditya

Neither film is known. I'd assume he didn't sing or act (he was a matinee idol of sorts in the silent era) post partition, and his two composition efforts are unknowns...

RG and Amirbai Karnatki did not sing any song in Laila Majnu. The main singers
were Nasim Akhtar, Zuhra Bai and Khan Mastana.

Parwaz and ManDi were produced in Karachi. No records were issued for both
the films. Reason: There was no recording studio in Karachi at that time.
