There was a female version of Ka Karoon Sajni in the film sung by Sumitra Lahiri and picturised on Preeti Ganguly. Would anyone have that version and upload it please since it seems to have disappeared.

I am uploading these songs on request...

This is another one of my favorite musical albums. A master of melody, Madan Mohanji, composed its melodious music. He was a marvel of a music maker. He created so many beautiful and unforgettable songs over the years. This movie was another feather in his richly adorned cap.

“Mera Saaya” was based on a Marathi film. Raj Khosla, who directed the movie, made three movies in a row with Sadhana with mystery as the central theme. These were "Woh Kaun Thi? (1964)", "Mera Saaya (1966)", and "Anita (1967)".

I am uploading songs, music clips, specials, and instrumentals related to this film in four back-to-back posts. The first post contains all the songs from the film. The second post contains several music clips. The third post contains several specials. The final and the fourth post contains instrumentals of the some of the songs from the film.

I had seen the film when it was released.
Few years back (5 or 6 ) , due to late night sleep, I woke up at 10 or 10:30 AM & as usual habit, switched on the TV before leaving the bed.

Lo ! The channel (don’t remember which on) was showing this movie , almost half hour movie was over .

When the movie get over , I was in bed in same situation without mouth brushing, without tea !

Fevikwick-Stuck position in bed ! Finally, I came out of the bed with wet eyes & joy in my heart.

Mesmerizing, melodious, marvelous movie of all time !

Each & every song, song-screening , scenes , Sadhana’s beauty & Sunil’s expressions, all were spell-bounding.

Dear Swarpriya, my heart-felt thanks for re-brushing lovely memories by uploading this thread.

Soumik, the song "Hamaare Siwa" you requested is of 4:57 duration but had nearly 90 seconds of dialogues in it. The version one I am uploading here not only is of longer duration (because there are no dialogues in it) but also is of better quality.
