I believe Mini Mini Chik Chik was uploaded on forum sometime back.
Its lines were something like Mini Mini Chik Chik Mere Tum Ho Phir Kya Hai. I don't recall clearly whether hemant sahab actually features in the song.

This song has the same tune and similar first line as the Lata-Mukesh duet from Kathputli (Mini Mini Chi Chi). Are these two songs 'inspired' by a western melody?

I don't consider it a duet. Atleast one line of lyrics should be there for it to qualify as a duet for me. this is hemantda being a part of chorus according to me.
