Are you aware of a song called "Oh oh oh oh baby" from the same film sung by Geeta ji and Hemantda ?

This song got Hemantda in trouble due to copy rights issues...

This song is picturized on the hero - Nasir Khan, (Dilip Kumar's brother) and Shyama. I don't think Gope is there in the movie. Even if he is, he's surely not in this song's picturization.

Could you kindly elaborate what sort of trouble related to copyright issues HK got into because of the 'oh baby' song? Is this trouble documented anywhere (magazine article, interview etc)? I know that the song's mukhda is inspired by 'O bernadine' but, I hadn't heard of this 'trouble with copyright issue' thing earlier.

I also dont know the exact details but I just read somewhere on net (or in some magazine years ago) that Hemantda was in some kind of trouble over the copyright issue of this song "Oh oh oh oh baby" from Police.

There was a film titled Yahudi ki Ladki (1957) for which Hemant da composed music and Geeta ji sang about 5 or 6 songs. These are very rare songs and I got them from HF itself.
