There four other songs by Mahendra Kapoor, but I haven't search who wroted them yet. When this particular song is played. They show two or three pictures of Sahir. Main Ne Jo Geet Tere Pyaar Ki Khatir Likhe - Mahendra Kapoor - Non-Film Geet - - Sahir - 5:02 - 160 kbps Now what is consensus should I put Naushad as MD. |

Shukriya Rajnish,
Mujhe lagta hai ye song Sahir ke guzarne ke baad compose kiya gaya hoga. Hairat hai ki Naushad Sahab ne Sahir ke saath kabhi kaam nahin kiya tha. |

Shukriya Rajnish, Mujhe lagta hai ye song Sahir ke guzarne ke baad compose kiya gaya hoga. Hairat hai ki Naushad Sahab ne Sahir ke saath kabhi kaam nahin kiya tha. Probably, it was never released as a record. just this TV program. Sadly I don't know what and when this program was shown. VHS tape was labled "The Immortal Voices of Mohd. Rafi, Mukesh, Mahendra Kapoor. Where the mukesh part is a concert by SJ, Mukesh, Rafi, Sharda, Raj Kapoor for Naval forces. Mahendra Kapoor's part is on a studio with Naushad conducting. but loose sense of the term. that is why I didn't label whether Naushad actually set the music or not. but probably did. and Mohd. Rafi part is "Asian Horizons" with Naushad conducting. |

any chance of an extracted audio..? It is audio in mpeg4 audio format. HELLO THIS WAS 1974 SHOW ON DOORDHRSHAN TV LATE NAUSHAD ALI JI UNDER AS RAFI JI AND M KAPOOR, AFTER MADE IN VHS. DHALL Rafi part may be 1974. It is in b&w. but Mahendra Kapoor is in Color. So they are separate programs. Mahendra Kapoor is only singing ghazal types. |

I've seen this video - Mahendra Kapoor wearing a white Sherwani or white Kurta and Naushad Sahab in blue. its really sad that Naushad sahab never worked with Sahir Ludhianvi or vice-versa and composed this geet after Sahir's death.

Thanks Rajnish for this rare song. Maybe if you post the first couple of the lines of the other songs, someone might know who wrote them.

Thanks Rajnish for this rare song. Maybe if you post the first couple of the lines of the other songs, someone might know who wrote them. one is exactly like this with slight difference. "Jab Kabhi Teri Tawajoh Mein Kami Pai Gae" but the following post does not say who wrote it. http://www.hallagulla.com/urdu/ghazal-598/...bhi-168819.html 2. Burai karega Burai melagi Bhali Karega Bhali melagi Kiya Ja Sab Ka Bhala Aaj Sab Kuch Tera Kaal Ka Kisko Pata 3. To Is Talaash Ka Anjaam bhi Yehi Nikla Mein devta jise samjha tha admi nikla 4. Dil Ko Jo Mere Dard Mila, Dilruba Mila Mujhko Tera Pyar Mila, Tujhko Kya Mila This last one is definetly written by Naushad because this song has his name in the lyric. |

The video also shows modern indian art paintings. Well, he had a great partner. Plus Sahir being not devout just like Majrooh might have also played a part and didn't Sahir want MDs to adapt to his lyrics versus writting lyrics for the given music and situation. probably makes a big difference. |

hello sangeet ka safar have >>>A Tribute to Bollywood's finest poet Sahir Ludhianvi Raza Ali Abidi Sahir Ludhianvi In this extraordinary tribute to Bollywood's finest poet, Sahir Luahianvi (1921-1980), the veteran BBC journalist Raza Ali Abidi argues that Sahir created some of the finest imagery of romance, patriotism, philosophy and devotion to god for many Bollywood films. His anti-establishment poetry gave voice to the weak and suppressed. He was at his best, says Abidi, when it came to expressing the feelings of a woman, her dedication to and rejection by her lover. In a programme organised by the London based multi-faith organisation Roshani for Harmony, Abidi, one of the finest broadcasters of Urdu language, presents this talk in his inimitable style. if members love this than i have CD COVERT RAR/ MP3 U/L HERE, ?????
