Hi friends......
Frankly, I'm not sure about this...... But seems, yesterday was Geeta Dutt's birthday........... Radio City Mumbai featured a special programme on her yesterday night, and played most of her popular, lovely songs..... I did enjoy the programme, but the birthday part was news to me.....  Maybe someone would know more about it???? Love Music....... LOVE GK

BTW is there no video of Geetaji available--singing live or in the studio?  It would be nice if U could showcase some of Geetaji's songs in other languages too in the show--esp her Bangla best.  |

One pankha can truly understand the feelings of another pankha ! Bawra Jay had mentioned sometime back that he had some rare pics and clippings of Geetaji, but I havent heard from him since long.
