Correctly, may be not so important for many people. The correct spelling will be Nishchay
As there r 2 Letters in Bengal. 1 is "Sa" and other is "Sha" ( As I said before ) ..
If u write "Sure" in bengali it will be "Nishchay" ... as we write "Sha" and not "Sa" ....
I know it doesn't matter a lot but still I think that way I posted ... Aamio Bondhutta korte chaai

here u go " tanne ni bera te manne ki bera" == tumhe nahi pata to mujhe kahan se pata hoga" and other one is other half of above sentence..
"manne ki bera", when anybody asks me something which i dont know, then my first reaction is either of the two sentence..
