You would be aware that, since yesterday, members have been experiencing problems in extracting downloaded files.

We are still investigating the problem, but have inferred that members already using or switching to Firefox are able to extract zipped files downloaded at HF, whereas members using Internet Explorer continue to experience the problem.

As a temporary solution, members having this problem are advised to use the Mozilla Firefox browser instead of Internet Explorer.

We regret the inconvenience.

The problem has been targetted and has been addressed. Due to a recent directive put in in one of the config files had brought up this issue.

The files uploaded have not been tampered, hence members need not upload the files again. Members who tried downloading, please try again. Sorry for the inconvenience and discomfort caused.
