I remember waiting every week for this programme ready with my cassette recorder to capture the songs. While some of these treasures sung by Asha Bhonsle did get released later in an Album "Suranjali" ( A tribute to Jaidev by Asha Bhonsle) the others just got lost
I contacted the Sangeet Bhavan Trust today and placed a request for these recordings. I have been asked to call them back again tomorrow. Here is hoping for the best....

I received a mail reply stating that Sangeet Bhavan is soon releasing the audio CD of Amruta


In the meanwhile, a dear friend helped me in improving the sound quality of some of the songs through some software. I will be uploading those soon.
