Hi,

I found this track and have no idea where it is from or who the MD would be. From Lata's voice it sounds 1980's - the only information I can find on the Internet is that it might be from a film called Abhilasha (not the 1968 RD one) but one from 1983.

The words go like this :

Aaj Ki Raat
Bin Tere Chandni Hai Nadi Aag Ki
Taare Dhundhale Hai Pheeka Hai Yeh Chand Bhi
Hai Ghuti Yeh Fiza Na Jaa Re

It's quite a short song (2:57) but I was instantly hooked when I heard it.

Aaaaah. That would explain the Abhilash link. Do you know what year and who composed the music?

Was this song released in an album, if so what other songs were there?

I was a bit overwhelmed by this song as I had never heard it and am now curious to see if there are any other tracks.
