You seem to be very anti Sachin.

He took enough grief from media and every one else for being out of form
in test maches. You seem to forget his outstanding performance in world cup
matches. It was good that Dravid and Laxman were scoring when Sachin was
down so now we have several dependable bats. He has been by far the most
consistent and feared (by opponent) batsman for a long time now.

As for slow batting, if the team had got out early without scoring enough and
lost the match then they would have looked bad. At least they gave themselves a
decent chance to win without jeopardizing the serise.

if u had seen the match -u would have screamed the way ganguly screamed- usko bol maare- and then dravid asked-me?- ganguly said no and pointed to sachin- if we are going to have the same attitude what old skippers had(draw kiya na)- we can never become anything- we had the upper edge in this match-pura chance ganvaa diya-we need to push like the australians-win or nothing- saw steve waugh
