I doubt this is unreleased song. There is a private album out from Yash raj music. They show clips from old YR movies when song is played. There is another duet with Jagjit singh from the same album. It’s a recent release

Looks like all those numbers that were not used in the movies have been put together and released in one album.

I guess song is indeed from DTPH but now is part of New album
