as a self proclaimed guru of hindi film songs of the 90s i will give you the details you are looking for. sadly the song is in one of my hard drives unsorted among 30000 mp3s. maybe someone else has the soundtrack. it may be a while before i can upload it. anyways here are the details:

FILM: PYAR DEEWANA HOTA HAI , year 1992, audio label TIPS, singer: ARUN BAKSHI (character actor who sung many songs in the early to mid 90s), Music director : BABUL BOSE (faded into oblivion after 1993, only claim to fame was JEENA TERI GALI MEIN).

Hope the above info helps you locate your song. Incidentally the most popular track of this film was the title song by ALKA - SANU, probably one of their top 10 from the 90s. Film itself had a Bengali cast, mostly newcomers or fade away stars of the early 90s.

Not a bad song...Arun's a good singer...Judging by this track, his voice slightly resembles Amit Kumar's voice, nice music by Babul Bose...
