I have seen the first of the three videos (The King of Qawalis-Chapter I) and here are my comments.

1. Please try and paste the name of the Film and Year at the top right corner.

2.See if you can improve the selection of Qawalis. For instance, there are three on Rishi Kapoor. Maybe, you can have just one or two on Rishi Kapoor, including 'Parda Hai, Parda Hai'. In my view, Parda Hai Parda is a better Qawali than the ones you incorporated.

Similarly, select some other B/W ones such as, for instance, "Meri Tasveer Lekar Kya Karoge" from Kala Samundar(1962)--N.Datta. In my view, this can even replace that Qawali on Vyjayantimala.

Just my personal views. Not necessarily sacrosanct.

Very good work.

Especially the second of the two was very good for my taste (ie. somewhat sixties and earlier).

With the exception of raj kapoor of course... and thats not a reflection on Rafi saab.

All good songs in the vids but Jab Bhi Yeh Dil Udas Hota Hai is just majestic!

AK bhai, nice effort. I agree with Venkat ji's suggestions on the Qawwalis. One more B & W film qawwali is (and relatively lesser heard) is "Meri duniya loot rahi thi" from Mr and Mrs 55 (1955).

Also the greatest qawwali (IMHO) "Na toh karvan ki talash" can be there for longer duration if possible.

I made Part 2 for Qawwalis, but Rajshri/Eros continously banned Part-2 which had Parda hai Parda and other qawwalis like "Ye mana meri jaan" etc. So I had to remove the Part 2 video.
