On Monday, May 7, Times Music celebrated 10 years with Gulzar reading renowned poetess Amrita Pritam’s verses. Jaya Bachchan and Yash Chopra were enthralled (above) by Gulzar’s charismatic recital.

The event closed with a ghazal performance from Gulzar’s latest album by Bhupinder and Mitali Singh. Rajeshwari Sachdev played the perfect MC and even read out from one of Amrita Pritam’s short stories, Junglee Booti.

The biggest names in film and music turned up for the event. Jaya Bachchan, Yash Chopra, P S Pasricha, Hariharan, Leslie Lewis, Pinaaz Masani, Rajendra Mehta, Neena Mehta, Pt. Ajay Pohankar, Bhupinder and Mitali Singh, Rahul Sharma, Imroz Saab and Amrita Pritam’s son Navraj Kwatra were seen here.
