there are many new upcoming and promising players.

i think only players above 30 in that team would be sachin and dravid.

and selection committee will face real trouble over the selection.

but let's see who get elected on that committee in coming elections.

actually kiran more is doing fine job.

Who will win the cup

After the latest drubbing Australia got from NZ, its anyones cup except

Kenya
Bangladesh
Holland
Canada
and others like them that are simply in the tournament to increase averages of other major cricketing nations.

India has a great side but a weak captain and a lost coach.

I dont know what Utaapa is doing in the side but hopefully he can prove me wrong.

My favorites for the cup are:

Utaapa was impressive V Sri Lanaka. If Shewag and Pathan can get back in the form and the rest of the
batting line up retains the current form India would be formidable opponent for anyone.

India 413 for 5 (Sehwag 114, Ganguly 89, Yuvraj 83, Tendulkar 57*) beat Bermuda 156 (Hemp 76*) by 257 runs

And here the Pakistan cricket is going through the most difficult time of its history.......Elimited from World Cup in the worst fashion, Coach died, Inzamam stepped down and retired from one day cricket, Pakistan cricket board's chairman resigned and finally the resignation of the whole selection committee.

In my opinion.....changing the captain and dissolving the selection committee only was enough!

Truly it is a dark day in Pakistan's cricket history. But maybe sum good will come out of this. The team needs fresh talent, and insha'allah they'll get it, as long as they keep that 'jazba junoon' floating high.

Poor Inzy though, he must b devastated. May Allah give him the strength 2 beat back this setback. Ameen. I've always liked him 4 the person that he is, in fact i'll say that the Rawalpindi Express isn't half the man as Inzy is on or off the field. Be warned, there's going 2 b serious trouble if anyone suggests different.

Being a captain is never easy, and yet he never gave up fighting 2 keep his team 2gether.
If only the team cud get ppl like Saeed Anwar and Wasim Akram, I won't mention 'him' though ( personal differences u know! ), the golden days will be here 2 stay.
