Here are the two versions of Yaad Aa Gayi by Hemant Kumar from Manzil - year 1960 - lyrics by Majrooh and music by S D Burman. The extended version is @128 kbps and 7.52 minutes long, longer than you mentioned. The shorter version is @192 kbps and is 2.10 minutes long and appears incomplete to me.
