Mohan Junior was none other than Madan Mohan!

That song from Daanaa Paanee 1953 is actually a two part song. The first part is a Geeta-Rafi duet while the second is a Rajkumari solo. According to Begum Akhtar (who had a solo in the film) MD Madan Mohan gave music to this film with the alias Mohan Junior. Ganpat Panchotia was his deputy MD in the movie. Kaif Irfani was the lyricist for this song (total 6 songs by him). Two were by Indeevar sahab as well.

I have the song if anyone needs it.

According to my information that movie has a geeta bengali solo also.
The Hindi song is of course Karo Na Phere Galli Ke Mere sung with Manna ji. both have never been uploaded on HF unfortunately.

It is confirmed information that movie has two Geeta songs. More details about second song are not known other than it being a bengali solo.

Its not just about 20 pages, the kind of enthusiastic response we received was phenomenal. More than 3000 views, close to 300 replies is very encouraging. All thanks to kind souls of HF, we were able to put together 100 songs for 100 composers in approximately 48 hours of time. Now as you can see we have covered 135 composers so far. We will try to search for the rare songs composed by other composers and will try our best to make the list to 150.
