Ah the quality is much to bad to be uled--this song has noise, sound distortions, it skips and it has audio missing in snatches. Maybe will mail it to U and if U can work wonders with it then we can ul it.

At a guess without listening to the song i would say :
If the blank in the middle is part of a repeat eg chorus you can copy a good part and then cut and paste it..........................if not then it looks like cut the middle out and amplify the sound so its a good match to the rest of the song, now you will have alot of hiss in the sound [is that what you mean it sounds like a ghostly effect]....................apply hiss remove.................hiss will vanish but now the sound is a little heavy in base [due to hiss remove] so now you got to drop the base and up the treble in accordance to the rest of the song.
Thats how i do it.

No it is not a repeat so cannot paste--it is part of the antara. Diff lyrics--cutting off that portion takes off the continuity.
I had to really increase volume to get what looked like a blank to become music only it was not musical!!! Yes there was terrible hiss but the voice itself for those secs is ghostly and harsh. Increasing treble did not help that much. I tried fiddling with tones and stuff but as I know nothing and am the most unscientific of creatures was not very successful and was scared of ruining the whole thing.
