Same song as in previous post but in punjabi

BUT i dont recognize Rafi's voice in the song....................looks like a misprint on the vinyl cover

I u/l ed a Rafi & Asha duet in my Rafi thread a few days back
Peheli peheli baar mujhko

however there are 2 Asha solos
O mere lal mujh pe
O dekho mehfil men

not sure of its rarety or whether its reqd by anyone

also punjabi film Shernee i got on an old tape..........................got 1 or maybe 2 Asha songs

Do phool 1972/3 maybe
got a few songs on an old tape too..................will u/l if reqd next few days................a must for Asha and Kishore song collectors.............if they havent got them

Es pyar ne & Ek pyar ne........................could you find Rafi's voice in the songs
I could'nt..................but someone sounds very very close to Rafi.................i think its that Pascal Paul guy.....................do you think its a mis print on both the vinyls

If it is Rafi then he sounds so different.................it sounds like one of them Rafi clones

Those would be my guesses too. Apparently Minu Purushottam has also sung in this movie {Akh Kudi Di - Rafi, Minu Purushottam, Chorus - Sherni (Punjabi)}. But the prominent second female voice in the uploaded songs sounds like that of Kamal Barot to me. Not sure if Minu is in the chorus or as a semi-prominent 3rd voice. Asha, of course, is the main singer in all 3 songs.

U really are a godsend--I used to always wonder how I could get Ashaji's Punjabi songs--even if I went to punjab I would not know the movies and could not read the script. But since U arrived on the scene my Punjabi colelction has really grown!!! bow.gif
Sorry for not replying on the last few songs--I saw the thread and then something came up and I forgot about the songs. sad1.gif But with a mule (P hastily adds that the Mule is no mere animal) and an expert who self admittedly does not listen to Asha songs U had nothign to worry about!!!! laugh.gif
How do U guys recognise Kamal Barot??? Hats off!!!!
