It is always good for me to upload in bulk - because by doing so I can click ADD REPLY button and con tinue doing my normal office work...if I start uploading files one by one its next to impoissible ( come every now and then on the PC and check if its uploaded or not !! )

Nimz what he means is if he has say 5 2.5 mb files, instead of waiting for each to go thro, if he can browse and click all 5 then he does not have to keep checking if 1 is uled to ul the next.
