I simply love this album for the Usha Uthup and Sharon songs. Both sang very well in them. (although Bappi is a distraction in the Sharon song).

Harjaee (1981)

Here is another fine effort from R.D. Some of R.D.'s best work was in 70's. But he still continued to give some great music in 80's and even in 90's. This is one of his finer efforts from early 80's.

Rocky (1981)

Here is another nice album from R.D. Burman. Sanjay Dutt made his debut with this movie. It was made by his father Sunil Dutt who not only produced it but also directed it. He also made a brief appearance in the movie.

Naseeb (1981)

Manmohan Desai was able to successfully use the same formula that clicked with his earlier movie "Amar Akbar Anthony". Shammi Kapoor made a brief appearance along with many other stars in the song "John Jaani Janardhan" which was sung beautifully by Rafi Saab.

I will post all of the songs in two separate postings, one immediately after another. Here are the first three songs of this movie ...
