This Ek Ek Ankh Teri seems to be some rafi solo for LP (probably from Naseeb Apna Apna).
The Mitti Mein Sona version should be a Rafi-Asha solo with the lines Ek Ek Ankh Teri Sawa Lakh Di Kaali Kaali Ankhiyon Mein Bijli Chamakdi.
Hopefully some other member shall have that.
