Dear HF members,

In recent weeks, I have posted very select songs from radio recordings.
I chose these song samples based on following criteria:

Songs that were requested in recent weeks.
Songs that were requested long time ago but never appeared in this forum.
Song audios that were of better quality than ones appeared earlier.

Based on the above criteria, I had posted radio recordings on several threads.

My initial source for the recording were internet; not from any one individual or site. There are a few sites with radio recordings. Later postings were all from my own radio recordings.
Even in terms of audio quality, these radio recording are superior to audios converted from 16bit to higer bits.

Posting of radio recorded songs is not new to the forums. In the past, other members have also posted rare radio recording of songs in this forum. HF has given some of us, who live in far places, a chance to listen to such rare songs. To my knowledge, I do not think any forums rules being violated by sampling these rare songs.

In recent days, I have been getting responses to nearly each of my posting from a member who doesn't even dowload my song uploads.

As you may all know, I do not need to maintain ratio. I can simply visit the forum and enjoy others song uploads.
However, I chose to make small contributions while enjoying the forum and other members contributions.

I am trying to decide if I should continue to upload any rare songs that I listen on the internet radio.
Therefore, I am requesting those members who have actually downloaded and sampled my recent song postings to voice your input in this forum. My future postings of such songs will be based on your input.

Thanks in advance for input from members who have really sampled my uploads.

Hi Exon,

I strongly recommend that you continue uploading such songs. Some of them criticize for no reasons, but we should ignore them. Those who want such songs will download and rest can simply ignore. Only request is, if you mention the source in your post it will help them decide if they want to download or not.
