BTW, the lyricist is not Anand Bakshi - indeed, I don't think there is *any* work done together by Bakshi and Anil Biswas! AFAIK, the songs of "Jasoos" were written by Indeevar.

Out of these 9 songs, 5 songs were written by Indeewar ji, 1 by Kaif Irfaani, 1 by Saraswati Kumar Deepak and 2 by Anand Bakshi ji!

May I know the source of this information? It seems unlikely because 'Jasoos' was made in 1957, while Anand Bakshi is generally believed to have had his break as a lyricist in Bhagwan's "Bada Aadmi", a film which was started in 1958 and has an official release date of 1961. If he *has* written lyrics before "Bada Aadmi", it would be quite a discovery (for me, at the least!).
