These are very good suggestions. I need to check my audios and see if I have both parts.
I agree with you, if the singer list differs in a multi-part song, we need to list the parts separately. For the songs you have highlighted, I wasn't sure about the singer list in both parts. Probably, I have combined audios.
Regarding song sequence, I wouldn't be able to follow HFGK. For many movies, I don't know the sequence as they appear in the movie. For ease of song searching, I have been listing song titles alphabetically. In the case of multi-part songs, I try to list them one after the other.

3. Maine Dil Tujhko Diya - never heard Manna Dey's version. It's not even there in the movie. If someone has Manna Dey's version kindly upload it.

4. Shaam Gayi Raat Aayi is also missing from the DVD.
