I noticed that I posted 'Keh rahi hai zindagi' when you had asked for 'Hai yeh duniya kaun si'. both are by Hemant Kumar and sound similar.Also I tried sending low bit rate version of Hemant Kumar song 'Hai yeh duniya kaun si' by Hamara Forums Personal Mail but was told that either your mail box is full or you have disabled your mail box function. You will find link for both the songs Hai Yeh Duniya Kaunsi and Yeh Rut Yeh Raat Jawaan. Both have been sung very well by Geeta ji.
Hope you like them too. They are both in low bitrate but quality is very good.
