According to earthmusic details are:
Zamana hai pyaar ka - Film: AAHAT (1974) -Lyrics: Kafeel Azar , Music: Chetan .
However, according to Rafi Saheb's song book by S.A. Haq, the movie was released very late in 1980 eventhough the song was recorded in 1974.

Many online sources don't list this movie. IndiaFM lists the movie as released in 1974 and lists the following star cast for this movie:
Dharmendra, Vinod Mehra, Jaya Bachchan, Shreeram Lagoo, Sulochana, Amrish Puri, Bindu

Does anyone have more information on this movie.
