Query, Surel Chitra - Marathi Production house Options

I am not sure about the production house "Surel Chitra" belongs to....the reason is that there was a movie called "Kanchanganga" which was made by "Surel Chitra" in early 50's and the magazines, those days, reported that Lata Mangeshkar was the producer.

The question ocurred to me yesterday when I was hearing the awesome HMV album of Meena Mangeshkar's Marathi songs (as Singer/MusicDirector ). In that Lataji says that this production house belongs to some Shinde (IIRC)....now what is the connection here ?
