CM2...thanks a lot for both the songs..from Railway platform and Chandrakanta. They are classics indeed..I couldnt find the sad version of Basti Basti parbat parbat...so i ripped it from a video file.. smile.gif

I remember listening to this song on radio in the 1950's.It's from film 'Champakali', singer Mohammad Rafi,music director,Hemant Kumar.Harjinder

Sardar Mallik-Bharat Vyas

I feel it's a far better version than what we had -but yet it falls short of nice /decent quality
