was just going thru some mp3 folders in my previous computer and found this song

it was labelled as a song sung by M M Kareem-who is he???

I am very sure this is Mohd Rafi saab but can't find a listing for the same.

Both Earth Music and Rafi Db, list this song as a Rafi-Lata duet.
I wonder if there is a longer duet to this song?
