This rare bhajan oddly enough sounds quite similar to “O Duniya Ke Rakhwale” in the opening stanza. Hear it, and then say it isn't true. ![]() “Tu Unka Karde Bhala Bhagwan” Forgive others often, yourself never. [Lat., Ignoscito sepe alter, nunquam tibi.] - Syrus (Publilius Syrus), Maxims Duration – 03:19 Bitrate – 128 kbps Format – MP3 Sajdah ji, Thanks for u/l this nice rare bahjan. You are quite right. For a minute I thought it was "o duniya ke ..." Desai ji, good to hear from you. ![]() Sajdah ![]() "I live for those who love me, For those who know me true; For the heaven so blue above me, And the good that I can do." |

Friends, Take this state (dil ki haalat?) revealing song. It is also one of my favourites. The song resembles to "Yeh hawaah yeh raat yeh chaandni" by Talat. Singer: Rafi Song: Tujhe kya sunaoon main dilruba (3:14, 128kbps) Film: Aakhri Dao (1958) Lyrics: Majrooh Sultanpuri Music: Madan Mohan Enjoy Sanjay Yeah, it does. Inspired perhaps? ![]() That's as much as a favourite as this one. ![]() Sajdah ![]() "I live for those who love me, For those who know me true; For the heaven so blue above me, And the good that I can do." |

Sajdah Ji, Balaji has uploaded in Kamala Ji's thread one Rafi-Shamshad-Rajkumari song from Film:Magroor (1950), "Toot Gaya Haaye Toot Gaya". MD is Sajjad Hussein Saab. I knew this song earlier, but lost touch for at least 3 decades. Now, I just cannot stop playing it again and again. The song has a typical Sajjad background taal, quite similar to what you hear in "Teer Se Teer Khaaye Ja, Julmon Sitam Uthaye Ja" (also of Sajjad Saab). All the three singers had rendered it in a simply superb fashion. Have you heard it recently? Venkat Well, no Venkat ji. ![]() ![]() But i will certainly make time for this song, and then let you know my views. Can i have a day or two? Sajdah ![]() "I live for those who love me, For those who know me true; For the heaven so blue above me, And the good that I can do." |

SD Burman da could persistently provide such beauties in as late as 1970s. Singer: Rafi Song: Mehebooba teri tasveer (5:35, 128kbps) Film: Ishq Par Zor Naheen (1970) Lyrics: Anand Bakshi Music: SD Burman Enjoy Sanjay |
