Is this the same Adventures of Robinhood (without 'Bandits'!! )-1965 in which we have these following songs.

1. Mana Mere Haseen Sanam--Rafi

2. Sanwar De Woh Pyaar Se--Rafi

3. Jawan Jawan Husn Ke Rangeen Yeh Kafile--Rafi & Asha

So, is it that in this predominantly Rafi film, G.S. Kohli had inserted this one Mahendra-Lata duet?

No doubt, 1965 was period when Rafi-Lata was a no-no. But then, why didn't GSK use Rafi-Asha in this duet also?

Yes, Venkat; it is one and the same movie.
Another choice could have been Rafi - Suman. There is a Suman song in the movie. Any way, Mahendra Kapoor - Lata combination came out good.
This album was uploaded in recent weeks. Can't remember the thread; perhaps in Erum or CM2's threads.

i think daamaad has only one song of rafisahab,zindagi ke safar mein na jaane with ashaji so this can't be from this movie?

This Rafi-Asha duet is indeed from Damaad (1978), and not from any Daku Raani!!

The Film is an Amol Palekar-Ranjeeta starrer. The MD is, of course, Hemant Bhosle.
