Your brother has done a great job. I suppose this was done in some private function or something of the sort. It sounds good. Not to mention, it has music, which always helps the singer's cause.
Hafiz's voice has a nasal quality for some reason. But thats only in the start. Or maybe just something wrong with my ears. After that, its all smooth sailing.

And giving a touch of the live version ... the aaaa in the middle, before mehl udaas re ... excellent thinking.
Sounds like your brother has a great 'saans'.

And the ending ... how he stretches the rakhwaalay ... just perfect. Though I think he could've done it better, without the 'gaana band karo' part at the end. Its kind of melodramatic.
