the song is sung by Mukesh and Lata and not Rafi/Asha as mentioned by you. The title goes like this - Ibteda-e-Ishq mein hum saari raat... from the Film Hariyali Aur Raasta. I hv the song but can u/l only tomorrow, if u can wait. |

There is a term in the Bharatanatyam dance form, called "Navarasa". Nava means "Nine" and Rasa is often translated as "mood", "emotion", "expression" or "sentiment". Navarasa refers to the nine expressions that humans often show. These are love (shringaara), laughter (haasya), kind-heartedness or compassion (karuna), anger (roudra), courage (veera), fear (bhayaanaka), disgust (bheebhatsya), wonder or surprise (adbhutha) and peace or tranquility (shaantha).
Rafi-sahab's prodigious output has given expression to all those emotions and more. I say "more" because his repertoire includes numerous devotional songs, many of which are classics. Here is a virtually unknown devotional number, and a beautiful one at that! If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

Oops! I am sorry for that xtra V. So far as 'ji' is concerned, woh to hamen aadat is pad gayi hai bade/bujurgon ke naam ke aage lagane ki. Waise if u insist I will drop
