Yet when a different or better version is uploaded, IMHO we should welcome it and not treat it as a repeat.

Unni ji, it's completely fine if we are uploading the song again, just mention in post that it is a better bit rate than the one we had earlier. I will mention that bit in the list so members can download accordingly. If a song appears in two places, I am mentioning both the URLs so it should be fine to search.
