To the best of my knowledge there are two movies with the same name, one by Md. Shafi (1952) and the other by Salil Choudhury (1972) and I doubt this song belongs to any of them. Is there a third one with same name?

Yes indeed. It is from Nata...starring Madhubala...I think this movie was produced
by Madhubala and D N Madhok..will have to recheck the video.

Another lovely song from this movie is..

Ik muddat se diwana dil khushiyon ka tarana bhool gaya...rafi and chorus.

Yeah..yeah exactly. Now after d/l-ing and listeneing to it, I could recollect. I knew it as dhadke dhadke reh reh ke dil bawra.... Anyway thanks Shuklas for the u/l. Doesn't it sound like I want a chance baby... from Manoj Kumar's 'Poorab & Paschhim'?
