QUOTE(jamalf_akbar @ Sep 6 2005, 04:48 AM) Sorry yaar, I was listening to that only when I was uploading. I've modified the above post. Here is the one you requested - The source for this recording is from a record. On second hearing I thought the speed sounded a bit too quick so I have slowed it down slightly (now that I have sound editing software) and it matches the speed as appears in the film. Such a cute song. Jamal Akbar Sahib, Thanks again. A very good and clean copy. Jay |

... and here are the rest.
First off, Priya, can you tell me what the source of your recording was for the second part of 'Vey Mundeya Sialkoteya' If it originated from a CD produced for an RMIM meet titled 'gaayegi duniya geet mere' then the source is from me. That was done back in the day when I had no clue about digitising music and simply plugged the output of my TV into my computer - with no cleaning software. That portion came from the 'Songs and Memories' programme. I have re-done it and cleaned up the sound. The next song I recorded from the film so it has some jumps in it and the sound isn't great, but I adore this song and would consider it hard to get hold of. Jamal |

QUOTE(Inaam_Nadeem @ Sep 6 2005, 09:44 PM) QUOTE(priya @ Sep 4 2005, 03:52 PM) To my knowledge, There is only one version of this song. I have a TV recording where Madam was singing this song live. No idea about the show. It was not Tarannum. I am right now at the net cafe. Will later ul a clip of the other file I have. Maybe that was from the live version. |
