Sorry pals. We were having an awful storm here. After months of heat this is the delayed Shivratri rain I believe. Still raining and some lightning but less than earlier (I pray). We really needed this bit of cool weather.

Tji will check abhi ke abhi and confirm. Still on dial up esp with the weather--mah precious cable modem disconnected. Tho the cable is still plugged into the modem. How bad is that? It can be removed only with pliars kya kare.

Dear Priya-sis,

When a computer-buffoon like me attempts to manage mp3 files, all sorts of disasters seem to have a field day. Well, I have whined before and doing it once again - I have lost my entire collection due to a hard-drive crash a few months ago. Of course, I had not deemed it fit to keep back-ups. Serves me right. Call me 'el estupido' instead of 'el careless'.

I am regaining my songs through some friends of mine in Bombay.
