What a divine song. Lyrics are by Amrita Preetam. The film is actually
based on a book by her. THere is no Bhupinder version of the song
AFAIK. Howver, the film has Kavita Krishnamurthy's first song in films.
It is a version of "Aayega aanewaala". Does anybody have it by any
chance?

This song has been uploaded before on this forum. But it is time to
re-upload it. One of Asha's best renditions IMO. And what a complex
tune. And she makes the singing seem so effortless.

methinks by mistake the tag of another song of the same film may have been pasted here - milte hi nazar tumse hum ho gaye deewane - which is a asha-rafi-manna song

raat chup hai is a lovely song ... i like it a lot .. so typically Ravi's music .... i wonder if you have the beginning of the song in this version... there is a boatman singing in the distance - the voice there is that of the music director Ravi - who has sung here a-la SDB
