Mahesh bhai,

Thanks very much for the Chandni Chowk songs.
The song 'tera dil kahaan hai' reminds so much of Mamta song.

Thank you Mahesh and Ajay for uploading another superb album by Roshan. It has some beautiful tracks, apart from the lovely and underrated Asha track, "Tera Dil Kahan Hai" which is so similar to the Lata "Rahen Na Rahen Hum" from Mamta, it has the nostalgic, "Zameen Bhi Wohi Hai" with Rafi singing the evocative lyrics of Majrooh with so much emotion. Reminded me of my recent trip to Delhi. And then there is the lovely Mukesh solo, "Hamen Aye Dil." And Ajay, have not even sampled the rarer songs in this album which I am looking forward to listening.

Have a vid clip of "Tera Dil Kahan Hai" which was u/d by Maheshks. If any anyone wants it, will upload.

"This isn't right, this isn't even wrong."
Wolfgang Pauli (1900-1958)

"There are no facts, only interpretations."

Yes, that illustrious line-up of greats...each borrowing from the other... biggrin.gif reminds me of another anecdote featuring Sajjad Hussain and Madan Mohan, where the former accused the latter of borrowing the tune from his famous, "Ye Hawa Ye Raat" for his composition, "Tujhe Kya Sunaoon Main Dilruba," to which, Madan Mohan's graceful response was, "I take pride in the fact that I lifted your tune, not that of some second- or third-rater."

The full video is u/d by Ajay below.
