Wow..BC bhai. 
The is a remake of a telugu film Premabhishekam..which was a super hit. But it bombed in tamil and hindi versions...The hindi version is..Prem Tapasya (1983 ) starring Jeetendra, Rekha and Reena Roy.

BC Bhai...we can , but the list will be very very long spanning decades. 
big production houses like AVM and others used to make their films simultaneously in telugu, hindi and tamil. Even the music directors used to confer and make the tunes ready for songs...those were the times.. Even the other song you posted...Moondram Pirai is remade into hindi Sadma..which am sure you are in knowledge of..
