Well friends, as the name of the thread would suggest, this is dedicated to those gems of Guru, which could not see the light of the day.....Yes, Unreleased songs are what we are talking about...
Now, when we talk of unreleased songs, it is important to define what exactly qualifies as unreleased....in the past we have had different opinions on this....so i start with defining what i have considered as unreleased... Movie incomplete or Movie complete but not released: 1. Song not released on music albums/discs (promotional music discs precede release of movies)-----considered Unreleased 2. Song released on music discs-----considered Unreleased Movie released and song recorded: 3. Song part of the movie and the music discs----considered Released (Obvious) 4. Song part of the movie but not on music discs----considered Released 5. Song not part of the movie but available on music discs----considered Unreleased 6. Song not part of the movie and not available on music discs----considered Unreleased In short, i have considered a song unreleased if its picturisation was not released as a part of the movie, else the song is released.... Thanks Sangeet for the clarification and also for the video of the two songs...
So guys, I am removing these 2 songs from the unreleased songs (From Paagal Premi) list...these should figure in as songs of 80s and under the movie name Hum Paagal Premi... Sangeet, one request!!! Could you please check the year of release of the movie and post it here.....so that we tag it properly... eskayes

It looks more early 80s eskayes looking at star cast..Annu was around as early as 1981 .Didn't he do Poonam in 1981 now that was an absolutely terrific album ..wish he had stuck to that kind of music Sangeet

SKS, could you please check DB/Book for "unreleased Bhajan" of Kishore kumar from Jeetu starrer Khusboo? Apparently there is one such "Bhajan" in Guru's voice or may be
 he decided to sing along with chorus for this one - Just another gummy bear fan
