one of the earliest songs which she sang was "aaya hai bulawa mujhe" which was a non filmi sogn maybe in 1939. Does anyone have it or know of any link to it?

This was sung by her on Radio Lahore, along with Ik baar phir kaho zara.
I have also been looking for it without success.
