I am not sure if Hindi constitutes a regional language, but I was not
sure where else to post this.
My cousin is trying to translate his birth certificate into English and ran
into some words that he does not know the exact meaning of.
I would appreciate it if somebody could help me with them. Here are
the words:
1. VishishT
2. Panjikaran
3. Vistrit soochna
4. Saakshartha
5. Praseekshit
6. Preshitkarta ke hastaakshar
7. Anukram

2. Panjikaran - [Registration]
3. Vistrit soochna - [detailed information]
4. Saakshartha - If I pronounced ur word correctly: [Literacy]
5. Praseekshit - I think it is... [Educated]??? someone should confirm
6. Preshitkarta ke hastaakshar - [Signature of Sender]
7. Anukram - ???? I think its ( [Serial], again some one should confirm ... I am not sure.

From the context, the above seems correct.

Praseekshit?? - is it pra as in pratidin?
