AFAIK, the only Lata song that starts with the words "biimaar-e-muhabbat" is a duet with Hemant Kumar in a film called "Teesri Gali" - "biimaar-e-muhabbat kaa itanaa saa fasaanaa hai". It had music by Chitragupt. I remember hearing the song long ago - if anyone has it, please do upload it!

I agree with you that Earthmusic has many glaring errors, but I read about this song somewhere else as well. It is supposed to be a duet with Mumtaz (the actress??). Vishwas Nerurkar's book on Lata also mentions one song with Mumtaz, so it could be this one. Does anyone have Vishwas Nerurkar's book to confirm this?

It could be some other Mumtaz. Anyway, it is very likely that this information is totally wrong. Just wanted to see if anyone with HFGK or Gandhar could verify it.

HFGK doesn't mention any such song in PALKI!
