Vidhana soudha is the state Legislature house, where all the ministers and the elected MLAs do their daily circus... It was built in 1950's by our own eminent engineer Kengal Hanumantaiah , considered to be a marvelllous blend of various styles of architecture across the world.............it is really massive.............they have come up with a similar looking structure right next to it, built quite recently.........quite an eyesore... regarding "The office towers, Dubai": it seems like they are bending towards each other...the reason may be as simple as the picture consists of many pictures that are put together...or are the buildings actually bending?
