Hello All will help it for Data Backup? as well as old Hindi movie era? Hollywood already started to convert all old movies (no Question about quality of BD after convert) will be this trend for bollywood old era? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blu-ray_Disc that is big old negative good buddy. Burning of DVD is not guarantee to last more than few years even with pristine condition. best you can do is buy NAS like synology. http://www.kitguru.net/site-news/announcem...-ds411j-review/ http://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php...66ef7711decd871 With history of VCD and DVD the quality of transfer was not quite adequate even when YesRaj DVD charging $20 didn't do anything special. Nobody in Mumbai is going to spend millions of dollars restoring film by cleaning each frame by hand since they didn't do anything to preserve original print. BlueRay will only help with new movies so pakistani counterfeiters can't copy so easily. just like 3D prevents video camera shooting in theater.
