Hello friends,

Its been a few days since I came across this website. Where was I all these years!!! I must commend the people who have made this website happen. Will be an angel soon.

I am uploading one of my songs I recorded today. Its from Mr X in Bombay. If you do download and listen to it, please be honestly critical. The musical ear and the knowledge of the people on this site is vast and any tips for improvement will be truly welcome.

Thx

I must say you have a really really nice voice and almost flawless.
The most important thing is your voice has the male feeling, the husky voice which is hard to find.

The only negative feedback is - there seems to be lot of noise in the audio.
Its better to reduce the noise and try to sing close to the mic. Your voice seems to be a bit away from the mic.

well done amanush !

i like the heaviness of your voice...its strong and powerful, its not like babul suprio's or abhijeets voice thin....
see if anybody wants to sing guru's songs, he must have a strong and surreela voice, coz if you have thin voice then its not gonna sound good...the only issue i hear about your voice, you are just a bit flat when it comes to certain notes, but other than that you are very good....keep up the good work...i will upload mere naina sawan bhado for you, the original which is C yane ki sa...anirudhh recorded this karaoke track at C# due to copy right lawas of india..
record this one with your voice and upload it.plz...thanks
k_da
p.s. this was my honest openion, i hope i didnt offend you...

Hi Guy

You sound awesome... Was this recording with a live band or on a pre-recorded (karoake) sound track??

Its sounds so original.. rolleyes.gif

Hey I am attaching you one of my songs my nephew recorded while we were fooling around and getting drunk in the garage... I thought it did not sound all that bad since i did not grow up speaking the language.. was born in the Fiji Islands...

Thanks to all of you for your honest feedbacks and look forward to a sustained friendship here. I am glad to have found a place with people of similar interest and passion.

Recording is at home using a microphone that you talk to people not a real mic and a Karaoke mp3. I use a software called Acoustica Mixcraft.

Kishoreda, you did not offend me in any way. Infact it is a pleasure to know somebody who is giving an honest feedback. I like that. Thats being a good friend.

Regards

Hi Arunesh,

You definitely didn't sound drunk! You have done a very good job and keep posting here. I am pleasantly surprised that you were born in Fiji and yet you have kept up with the Hindi songs of yesteryear. Great to have you here as a friend.
