I have replaced with a CD rip my earlier audio-tape-copy upload of the beautiful Rafi/Lata duet "Masoom chehra" from "DIL TERA DEEWANA":

I would have already uploaded at least some of these very old and rare songs of Rafi-sahab. But I could not find them in the Song Library or through "SEARCH", and they are not in the "KACHHA DHAAGA" thread. Maybe there are posted in some other thread. Anyway, these uploads are with with better sound quality.

Akhtar:

Had a great time. Thanks for asking. Got back home last evening and immediately uploaded two Rafi numbers I had been seeking and finally acquired on this trip. Looking forward to sharing all the music I obtained.

Apparently, the first Test is virtually over, with 6 down for a paltry second innings Indian score. Pathetic show.

Here are two more, both from the film "KAHIN AUR CHAL" with music by Shankar-Jaikishen

(Mohd. Rafi)

(Mohd. Rafi & Asha Bhosle)

Yeah Its pretty well over.

Dravid again showed his class today, showing exactly why he is my role model. Pathan, along with Clarke and Sami, is one of the most exciting youngsters in the world.

Unni

Thanks for O Lakshmi O Sarsu. A lovely number that I hadn't heard for several decades!

Akhtar

You forgot about Michael Clarke! I am no fan of the Australians although I have lived here for 12 years but this youngster is good.

Wasnt Doobhte Huye Dil Ko already uploaded in this thread

Bhirgu,

I mentioned Clarke. What a player he is ! Got all the shots in the book along with a superb technique.

I worry that after Inzamam & Youhana, my Pakistani lads will be unable to fill the void. If this is what is happening to India @ Home I shudder to think what will happen to Pakistan later this year !

Bravo is also another good youngster, I had the chance to meet him this year, great guy, unlike a certain Andy Flintoff who pushed straight passed me when I was begging for his autograph...
